Privacy Policy – Andaplay
1. Preamble
This Privacy Policy explains how Andaplay Maroc S.A.S., registered in the Casablanca Commercial Register under No. 662265, ICE 003628301000053, with its registered office at 77 Rue MOHAMED SMIHA 10th floor, Apt n°57 – Casablanca (hereinafter "Andaplay", "we" or "our") collects, processes and protects personal data transmitted via the website andaplay.io and the Andaplay Application. We are committed to complying with Moroccan Law No. 09-08 on the protection of personal data and to ensuring the confidentiality of the information you entrust to us.
2. Data Controller and Contact

3. Data Collected
Andaplay collects personal data when you:
- Create a user account in the Application.
- Book a court or match via the platform.
- Use the matchmaking or tournament features.
- Contact our customer support or complete a contact form.
The data collected may include: • Identity: surname, first name, age. • Contact details: email, phone number. • Account information: identifier, encrypted password. • Booking information: history of your matches and payments. • Basic browsing data (connection logs, device used). We do not collect sensitive data (health, opinions, etc.)
4. Purpose of Collection
Your data is used only to:
- Manage your accounts and bookings on the Application.
- Enable you to connect with other players and partner clubs.
- Facilitate payment and refund via our secure provider VPS (Vantage Payment Systems).
- Communicate with you (booking notifications, confirmations, reminders, support).
- Improve our services through anonymized statistical analysis.
Your data is not resold to third parties and is only used for the purposes described above.
5. Data Retention
- Account data is retained for the entire duration of your account usage.
- In case of account deletion, it is deleted or anonymized within a maximum period of 12 months.
- Payment-related data is retained for the legal accounting and tax retention period.
6. Data Sharing
Your data may only be shared with:
- Partner Clubs, strictly within the scope of your bookings (surname, first name, phone number if necessary).
- Our payment provider VPS, to secure your transactions.
- Competent authorities if required by law or upon judicial request.
We never transmit your data to unauthorized third parties.
7. Security
We implement technical and organizational measures to protect your data against:
- Unauthorized access.
- Accidental loss or destruction.
- Fraudulent use.
These measures include in particular: password encryption, securing payments via VPS, and limiting internal access to authorized persons only.
8. Cookies and Analytics Tools
The Application and the Andaplay.io website may use cookies or analytics tools (such as Google Analytics or Firebase) to improve user experience, measure traffic and optimize performance. You can configure, limit or disable these cookies at any time in your browser or mobile device settings.
9. Your Rights
In accordance with Moroccan Law No. 09-08, you have the following rights:
- Right of access to your data.
- Right of rectification in case of error or incompleteness.
- Right to delete your personal data.
- Right to object to the processing of your data for legitimate reasons.

10. Minor Users
The Andaplay Application is not intended for persons under the age of 16. If we discover that a minor has created an account without parental authorization, we will delete their data upon notification.

Andaplay reserves the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time. Any modification will be published on this page with an update of the last revision date. We will inform Users of any significant modification by notification in the Application or by email.
